Dear Sir:
I have to report that Cadet H. W. Crouch deserted barracks yesterday afternoon. I have issued order suspending him, as is usually done I recommend his expulsion.

RR – This case may as well lie over till the BV meets in June. There can be no question of the propriety of his expulsion and as matters stand the sentence [illegible words] by the BV
