Very respectable sir.

By consequence of a bad time presented in this place and not having more communication with the coast which has been interrupted for this reason my son Luís Lynn will not arrive at the on time to the college’s proper location for which I am pressured to ask that you may forgive the delay of my son like I said.

In light of this, I am taking the liberty to ask that you might refer me to a college agent or to the Arts and Offices where they should be able to direct my other son that I have who lacks the necessary knowledge to arrive to the proper location, and would want to find his separated brother Luis, and who is of a lively and headstrong character, and needs a real intensity in order to achieve his education, would you be so nice to extend this information?

I reaffirm to you respectfully your humble servant

Carlos E. Lynn
