Statement

We the undersigned members of the 2nd Class C. A. do testify that we were present at the time of the arrest of Cadet Dwight by Capt Stevens and were witnesses of the whole affair and do affirm that there was nothing in the conduct, manner or speech of said Cadet that could be construed into "impertinence, disobedience and insubordination." On the contrary we saw nothing in Cadet Dwight's conduct that was not polite, gentlemanly and subordinate -
