Dear Daddy, Mother, and Sandy,

It is now 5:45 and I thought I had better write you a line on the coming trip. I will leave Charleston at 1 and will get there about 9:45. I will try to get off at Ponce de Leon and Highland, but I am not sure. Fred is going home with me.

About that invite could you call and tell them I will be there with “bells on.”

The tests have been pretty easy so far. This is the last one today, Algebra. English was the roughest of course. The only one I know what I made on was chemistry, A test, A quarter. Good old, Mr. Hitechew.

We will just bum around the next two days so I will see you soon.

With lots of love,
Jimmy (over)

P.S. Daddy I am happy Brown won.

Tell Jackie to be a good boy and I hope that I can see him.
