My good sir:-

Wishful to educate my son in the United States I wish to know if it is necessary to know the English language to become a Paid Cadet in this military academy at his dignified charge. My son [renne] all of the requirements for the process, but only has simple notions of the English language, I beg you inform me if he may be admitted.

At your service,
