Dearest “Lib,”
Am just about settled now and am enjoying myself. Don’t mind the setup at all around here. We have gotten very good food since I arrived here. Of course I won’t have a chance to practice much medicine but feel that I have been rather fortunate in being in a hospital as long as I have been.
Wish I could describe everything around here but we aren’t allowed to write about such things. Am just about over my trip now and feel much better.
Hope that you are well and not worried about me as I’m in the best of health and spirits. Miss you more than words can express but there isn’t anything I can do about it.
Is the war bonds coming every month? Keep me posted on this. By the way how much are you making at the hospital?
All my love,
“Boobie”
