Trinidad, Cuba, December 30, 1904.
Mr. Coronel Asbury Coward
Charleston.
My very good sir:-
I have the pleasure of sending attached a money order for $75.00 Currency, pertaining to the second payment corresponding to the current scholarly courses. I didn’t send it earlier having been sick.
I will appreciate you telling me frankly, that if my son Luis, behaves well, if he has advanced in his studies and if you believe that he would be able to be a good support for him.
Wishing you a happy new year and I am yours truly and your humble servant
Cárlos E. Lynn
