My darling,
Just finished taking a shower following a hot volley ball [sic] game. The dust around here sure makes you take a shower often. The wind is blowing just about all of the time. It is nice for sleeping but is rather unpleasant during the day.
Quite a few of the fellows go in the ocean which is close to our area. Don’t seem to have any desire to go in swimming since the first few months at the hospital.
Still haven’t heard from you yet but didn’t expect it to reach me. Have written them at the hospital to send my mail to me.
Hope you are well.
Love always,
“Boobie”
