Somewhere in the Philippines

My darling,

Should have written you yesterday but just couldn’t make myself write. Haven’t received any mail from you yet and there isn’t anything to write about around here.

Guess what I did last night? I played some bridge. Have seen quite a bit played and enjoyed it so I decided to give it a trial[.] Didn’t do so badly especially since I hadn’t played but once before this time. Played until around 11:30 PM and sure have been sleepy during the day.

Hope you are well.

Love always,
“Boobie”
